Threshing Floor Consulting provides systems and operations consulting for mission-driven organizations, including organizational health and operations, operating system implementation, leadership and implementation coaching, and software setup and automation. We help teams translate vision into practical priorities, shared systems, and accountable execution.

These Terms describe general use of the Site and our SMS program. Any specific consulting engagement is governed by the separate written service agreement entered into for that engagement, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
